Project Overview:
Goal: Designed an enterprise-level AI chat interface for internal use, similar to ChatGPT, aimed at providing employees with a fast and efficient tool for accessing company information and streamlining work processes.
Timeline: Tight turnaround with the initial design and prototype needing to be ready for a beta launch within one week to a VP-level audience at an executive summit.
Role: UI/UX Designer responsible for the design and user flow creation, as well as prototyping, presentation materials, and promotional content.
Impact: The design helped generate excitement for the full launch of the AI chat system, with senior leadership recognizing it as a potential tool to increase productivity and streamline internal communication across departments.
NonProfit Partner Onboarding
Project Overview:
Goal: The goal of this project was to automate the intake process for onboarding new merchants onto the nonprofit’s platform, which contributes to a $20 million revenue process. The project aimed to improve efficiency, reduce human error, and speed up the onboarding cycle by leveraging AI for data extraction, automating workflows, and creating a streamlined experience for stakeholders to review and manage merchant data.
Role: As the UX/UI Designer and PowerApps Developer, I was responsible for designing and developing an end-to-end solution that integrated multiple Microsoft technologies:
- UX/UI Design: Designed the PowerApp interface for stakeholders to interact with and review extracted data, ensuring ease of use and clarity. Focused on creating a simple, intuitive interface that minimized cognitive load for users during the review process.
- AI Integration: Created an AI model using Microsoft AI Builder to automatically read and extract relevant data from incoming PDF forms submitted by merchants.
- Automation Development: Built workflows with Power Automate to transfer extracted data from PDFs into a centralized SharePoint list, and then used the data to auto-populate PDF forms as final onboarding documents.
- End-to-End Solution: Ensured the automation process aligned with business needs, providing stakeholders with an efficient, reliable, and user-friendly solution.

VIP Employee Onboarding
Project Overview:
Goal: Simplify and automate the onboarding process for executive-level employees, replacing the manual, 60-page PowerPoint with a digital, interactive solution.
Role: UX/UI Designer and PowerApps Developer—responsible for both the design and development of the application that streamlined and automated the executive onboarding process.

- Streamlined Onboarding Process: The new app significantly reduced the manual work previously required to onboard executives. The Talent Acquisition team could update and manage data quickly via SharePoint, and executives had all the information they needed in an easy-to-access digital format.
- Time Savings: The 60-page PowerPoint was condensed into a user-friendly digital interface. The new system reduced the time it took to complete the onboarding process by approximately 50%, allowing executives to focus more on their roles.
